Our Vacancy:

In order to strengthen and support our international Recruitment Team at our headquarters in Cologne/Germany, we are looking for a French-speaking full-time colleague with at least 1-3 years of professional experience. In this position, you will contribute to the work of the Recruitment Team in finding experts by researching on internal and external platforms and posting adverts, initial evaluation and interviews of applicants, document management, organisational coordination, and general related administrative tasks.

 

Your main duties in this position:

  • Active sourcing of technical and non-technical staff (primarily freelance experts) for international development projects
  • Liaison with technical departments to determine suitability of applicants
  • Assistance in drafting and managing expert contracts using contract templates
  • Active involvement in preparation and formatting of CVs as part of our project tendering
  • Proactive preparation of supporting and administrative documents for the recruitment process

 

Required expertise / your profile:

  • Excellent French and advanced English language skills
  • 1-3 years professional experience – preferably in an international context
  • IT-competent (MS 365, MS Teams, social media, professional networks)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills – practical mindset
  • Understanding of publicly funded development projects is an asset
  • Prior experience in recruitment is not a must, but transferable skills such as confident communication, active listening, strong networking, critical thinking and good time management are a strong advantage
  • Willingness to work on a permanent basis in Cologne/Germany
