Your Main Duties in this Position
- Review of project calculations, budgets and plans of international development cooperation projects;
- Invoicing and monitoring of open items;
- Reporting to technical project team and management;
- Participation in the preparation of annual and quarterly financial statements;
- Continuous conceptual, content-related and technical development of project controlling/controlling and/or internal processes.
- Support to and controlling of our subsidiaries and country offices
Your Profile
- Successfully completed commercial training or a university degree in either business studies or a similar field;
- At least 2 to 5 years of professional experience, including experience in financial administration and/or accounting;
- Experience in project assistance or project related works is an advantage;
- Knowledge of English is required and a minimum level of B2 in German;
- Additional knowledge in Spanish or French is an advantage;
- Profound knowledge and confident handling of MS Office, knowledge of an ERP system is desirable;
- You hold outstanding abilities in problem-solution and precise and independent way of working;
- You have a high sense of responsibility, good communication skills and are able to work in a multicultural team;
- High affinity for numbers;
- You enjoy working with different stakeholders and interfaces and are open to thinking outside the box.
