The project, financed by KfW, aims to assist the National Sanitation Office in Tunisia on implementing the project for the preparation of preliminary projects and tender documents, in the procurement procedure as well as for the supervision of the works on the "Sludge Treatment and Evacuation Programme" which include measures for the treatment and recovery of sludge from existing municipal wastewater treatment plants in Tunisia. The measures are planned in different regions spread throughout Tunisia.

Your Educational Background
- University degree (MSc. or equivalent) as a Sanitary or Process Engineer or equivalent
Your Expertise / Profile
- International expert (at least two projects per continent on two continents)
- Extensive experience in complex project management with the integration of multidisciplinary Teams
- At least 10 years of professional experience in an international context
- Excellent knowledge of French
- Experience in the design of wastewater treatment plants (WWTP) / sludge treatment and disposal
- Knowledge of KfW procedures
Time Schedule / Duration of Assignment
The project is scheduled to start by summer 2019.
