Your Main Duties in this Position

Project Management
  • Independent technical and organisational coordination of projects
  • Coordination and liaising with clients and project partners
  • Resource planning and management of international and local specialists
  • Financial project planning and controlling in coordination with the project administrators
  • Deadline monitoring and support in project-related reporting
  • Support for donor project monitoring and appraisal missions
Project Acquisition
  • Liaising with clients and pursuing project opportunities
  • Preparation of pre-qualifications and offers (selection of personnel, formation of consortia), implementation concept, coordination of offers, preparation of financial offers)
Technical Project Activities
  • Short-term assignments abroad as a project team member in accordance with the project management's task description and specifications


Your Expertise / Profile

  • Degree in public health, engineering, economics or business administration, social sciences or law or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in international development cooperation
  • Experience in project management
  • English business fluent in speaking and writing, plus another foreign language (preferably French, Spanish and/or Russian)
  • Distinct consulting and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and proactivity
  • Commitment to international assignments and work on deadlines
